Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician position at Conifer Realty, responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, caring for the grounds, and responding to work orders. Requirements

• 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed
• Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus
