Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role involves maintaining and cleaning the building at the Hamilton Apartments, handling various maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements
- Monitor building and grounds to ensure a clean environment.
- Complete painting, minor plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, and other maintenance activities.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions.
- Report security violations and emergency issues to management.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform snow removal and debris removal.
- Assist with emergency on-call duties when scheduled.
