Maintenance Technician

Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Camp Salute in Clayton, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, caring for the grounds, and responding to work orders. Requirements

• 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer or mobile-app skills
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
