Job Description
The Recertification Specialist will work with the Compliance team to ensure properties are compliant with tax credit and other housing program regulations. The role involves preparing and processing leases, applications, recertifications, and related forms, as well as providing customer service to residents and prospective residents.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills with proven problem-solving skills
- Collaborative with ability to work with and understand the issues, concerns and attitudes of employees, residents and prospective residents alike
