Job Description
Are you an experienced General Manager looking for a new challenge? My client with has recently purchased 7 hotels and one of the hotels within its portfolio is in Suffolk they are looking to develop the new style for the business with this property at the forefront of defining the new business style.
Requirements
- Previous experience as General Manager in a Boutique Hotel with an understanding of the emerging marketplace
- Strong F&B and used to driving new revenue streams
- Great P&L knowledge
- Ability to lead, coach and animate the Hotel team
- Passionate, with a hands-on approach
- Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service & quality
- Strong business acumen combined with an excellent leadership and liaison skills
