Job Description
Recruitment Lead / Manager will provide recruitment solutions on a local and regional basis, develop sales leads, strengthen client relationships, and enhance knowledge of their discipline, talent pools, and hiring nuances.
Requirements
- Develop a sector/specialism and contact network
- Develop sales leads and strengthen client relationships
- Provide expert end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Proactively research markets and enhance knowledge of discipline, talent pools, and hiring nuances
- Manage a sales pipeline, forecasting, and reports
- Develop business development, candidate sourcing/placement, and client relationship management skills
- Show a higher level of competence in billing, business development, and strategic management
- Develop new sectors on behalf of the business and build business capabilities
- Manage a smaller team unit within the recruitment division and/or hire, train, and manage new recruits
