Job Description
Connecteam is a TLV-based startup dedicated to improving the work experience for deskless employees through a customer success platform. The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will oversee their large and enterprise customers, ensuring their success and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
- Customer-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
