Job Description
Connecteam is a TLV-based startup on a mission to change the deskless employee experience through its Work Management Platform. They are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to oversee their Large business and Enterprise customers, ensuring their sustained success. This role involves developing and executing customer success plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams to deliver tailored solutions and increase customer adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS – 2 years of experience
- Customer-facing experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in helping customers deploy and see the value of their products
- Experience in building relationships with senior business & platform stakeholders
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
