Assistant Professor of Nursing

This is a full-time, ten-month standard, tenure track position for an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Connecticut State Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and program assessment and evaluation.

Requirements

• Teaching courses within the assigned discipline area in accordance with institutional standards
• Evaluating and assessing student learning outcomes
• Providing student support, mentoring, and academic advising
• Developing curriculum and periodically reviewing and updating instructional materials
• Assisting with program reviews and accreditation-related activities
• Planning and executing program-related events
• Attending workshops, trainings, and/or professional conferences to maintain currency in the field
