Job Description
The Middle School Program Coordinator at Georgia Connections Academy is a 12-month school-level leader who will serve on the Middle School Leadership Team. They will support the school in driving academic and cultural outcomes for students and serve as a resource for teachers regarding student achievement, attendance, behavior, and academic integrity.
Requirements
- Valid teaching certification and GAPSC educational leadership certification or currently enrolled in a leadership program
- Must have received a rating of Effective or Highly Effective in the most recent performance reviews
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional best practices
- Commitment to student success and teacher support
