Job Description
ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Banking Relationship Specialist to focus on building relationships with both business and consumer clients. Requirements
- Strong needs-based sales skills
- One to three years bank platform sales and teller experience
- Detailed understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements
- Strong ‘People First’ interest
- Strong ability in assessing and meeting customer needs
- Effective teambuilding and interpersonal communication
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
