Requirements
- Strong needs-based sales skills
- One to three years bank platform sales and teller experience
- Detailed understanding of federal banking compliance and requirements
- Strong "People First" interest and ability
- Strong ability in assessing and meeting the needs of customer and/or solving customer problems
- Effective teambuilding and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs
