Requirements
- Provides support to cross-functional teams
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to other team members
- Achieves personal annual sales growth contract value
- Manages partners within their designated territory
- Follows ConnectWise value/solution based-sales process
- Identifies and pursues opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develops territory and account plans to achieve client goals
- Oversees delivery of products or services
- Tracks and reports key metrics
- Resolves client concerns and coordinates solutions internally
- Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Provides accurate forecasting
- Closes sales that meet ConnectWise standards
- Qualifies existing accounts to build a pipeline of opportunities
- Negotiates contract opportunity terms
- Builds and maintains long-term relationships with partners
