Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Representative - Financial Needs Specialist to serve as a call center representative in the Member Service Center, helping members with all issues and improving their financial lives utilizing Connex’s products and services.
Requirements
- Answers all inbound phone calls in an accurate, timely manner
- Conducts outbound calling for sales and service needs
- Maintains an excellent knowledge of products and services
- Improves each member’s financial life by offering appropriate products and services
- Processes loan applications for members
