ConnextCare is seeking a skilled School-Based Counselor (LMSW or LMHC) to join their growing Outpatient Mental Health team within the Mexico Elementary School Based Health Center. The role involves collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure high-quality clinical care for school-aged children and their caregivers, with the ability to refer to community resources for complex cases.
Requirements
- Credentials as Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Clinical Supervision
- Ability to work full patient load and complete documentation
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) knowledge (strongly preferred)
