Job Description
We're seeking a Medicare Sales Representative to assist customers in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans, meeting sales targets, and providing a positive customer experience. The role involves conducting needs assessments, educating clients on Medicare options, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Medicare sales experience
- Active Health & Life Insurance License
- Current AHIP certification
- Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
