Job Description
Assist customers in selecting and enrolling in health insurance plans as a trusted advisor, while meeting sales targets and adhering to compliance standards. Conduct in-depth needs assessments, educate clients on Medicare options, and build meaningful relationships through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Medicare sales experience
- Active Health & Life Insurance License
- Current AHIP certification
- Strong technical skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
