Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on UX research experience
• Deep experience with mixed methods research
• Demonstrated success owning end-to-end research for multi-surface or multi-product ecosystems
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and shaping product roadmaps
• Ability to translate nuanced, sometimes conflicting data into clear, prioritized recommendations
