Superintendent

The Superintendent will provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site, managing all on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project assigned
• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications
• Manage project budget requirements
• Manage project to meet schedule requirements and milestones
