Superintendent

The Superintendent will provide overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site, managing on-site construction activities, administering the jobsite safety program, quality management, and overall schedule coordination and supervision.

Requirements

• Administer project safety program
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plan
• Verify subcontractor insurance certificates
• Preplan operations to avoid hazards
• Supervise construction effort
• Manage project budget requirements
• Manage project schedule requirements and milestones
• Interface with client representatives and building officials
• Participate in business development and quarterly superintendent and safety meetings
