Legal Counsel - Employment

LOD is seeking a Employment Lawyer to join a global, fast-growing technology platform operating in the mobility and on-demand services sector. The role is embedded within multidisciplinary teams and provides specialist legal expertise across employment, industrial relations, and workforce strategy.

Requirements

• 3– 9 years’ post qualification experience in employment and industrial relations law
• Experience gained in private practice or in house, ideally within a corporate, technology, or high growth business
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, including modern awards and contractor models
• Experience advising on employment disputes and managing legal and reputational risk
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams
