Senior Legal Counsel - Employment

LOD is a global legal services business that provides end-to-end solutions for clients' legal needs by connecting them with exceptional legal professionals. We're seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join a well-established Australian law firm, providing general employment law advisory support and managing employment and safety related litigation matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong background in general employment advisory work
• Experience in safety and employment litigation (preferred)
• Experience gained in a reputable law firm or similar environment
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage matters with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management skills
• Pragmatic and commercially minded, with excellent communication skills
