Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing world-class order-to-invoice customer satisfaction, to include order entry and confirmation, communication of shipment details, and invoice issue resolution.
Requirements
- Associates degree or certificate
- Minimum two (2) + years of customer service experience
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills (Orders, change orders, customer issues, etc.)
