Job Description
Strategic Sourcing Manager (metal components) responsible for developing commodity sourcing strategies, supporting new product introductions, negotiating multi-year agreements and managing high-spend commodity portfolios while driving total cost reduction, supplier performance, and supply chain resiliency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of strategic sourcing experience in direct procurement
- Experience managing a minimum of $30–$40M in annual purchase spend
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
