The Revenue Operations Specialist will drive operational excellence across Go-To-Market functions, analyzing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements. They will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and optimize solutions, build and maintain Salesforce configurations, and manage data integrity within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or general business operations (SaaS experience preferred)
- Salesforce experience required (1–2 years of administration experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Hands-on experience evaluating and applying AI tools to streamline revenue operations workflows
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, sales metrics, and customer lifecycle management
