The IT Specialist is responsible for providing Level II technical support, supporting and improving network and server environments, and contributing to IT projects that enhance system performance, security, and reliability across a growing global manufacturing company.
Requirements
- Associateās or Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2ā4 years of progressive IT support experience, including Level II Help Desk responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, server environments, and system monitoring.
