Job Description
Under general supervision, the IT Support Specialist I will perform various tasks related to supporting and maintaining end-user devices, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other IT groups.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical team members
- Ability to install, configure and maintain computers, networks and related hardware and software
- Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations issues
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
- Two (2) years of IT support experience with emphasis on problem solving
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft (MCSA or MCSE) and/or Cisco (CCENT or CCNA) Certification preferred
