Job Description
Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. is offering a challenging and exciting career opportunity for a Deckhand to work in the Destrehan, LA area. The position involves performing tasks such as barge rigging, handling and maintaining tugboat equipment, and assisting in making locks and/or bridges. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties safely and follow company safety procedures.
Requirements
- Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 75 pounds of material.
- Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
- Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
