The European Area Sales Manager, Fire Suppression, will drive sales growth across the European region, working closely with customers to understand their needs, delivering expert product knowledge, and strengthening the company's presence across diverse European markets.
Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies for fire suppression systems
- Achieve sales targets within assigned territories or verticals across the EU/UK
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, oil & gas, data centres, and infrastructure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, fire marshals, and end clients
- Keep updated with local and international fire safety codes and ensure all product/service offerings are compliant
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management
- Engage with engineering consultant firms to secure product specifications
