Talent Strategy Intern

As a Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, including identifying, attracting, and engaging with top talent, managing the recruitment process, and growing the employer brand.

Requirements

• About to graduate from university in HR, Business, Psychology, or a similar field
• Top academic performance (Top 20% of your class based on grades)
• Can complete a mandatory internship (i.e. you are required to do an internship to graduate OR can receive university credit for internship experience.)
• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is great but not required
• Fluency in English is a must, German or French are nice to have
