Talent Acquisition Coordination Intern (x/f/m)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Recruiting Team in our Berlin office. As a Coordinator, you'll focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and agility
• Strong empathy and ability to put yourself in other people's shoes
• Curious, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and dig deeper to understand operations and processes
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Speaks German, French or Italian
