Job Description
This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference as a Respite Provider with CDWI. We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs, allowing individuals to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Requirements
- Previous experience with childcare, babysitting, or respite care preferred
- Patient, gentle, and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable providing personal cares
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to understand and respond to the child’s needs, including navigating communication barriers
