Contact (Call) Center Representative

We're seeking Contact (Call) Center Representatives to provide amazing customer service to our members. The role involves answering phone calls, providing information about accounts, loans, and online banking, and delivering excellent service. No late evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of work experience in customer service, retail, call center, hospitality, sales, banking/financial, or related field
• High proficiency and comfort level with computer systems/software applications
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is required
