Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Office Manager to lead our upcoming Douglas office and promote growth and performance. In this role, you will supervise office employees, conduct performance appraisals, and promote sales and member service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of proven sales and leadership experience
- Proven history of goal attainment
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, drive, intensity and commitment
- Ability to work independently and make judgments in the best interest of the member and Consumers
