Sr Program Engineer (Civil)

Consumers Energy is looking for a Senior Program Engineer (Civil) to oversee engineering and technical disciplines for project delivery. The role includes planning projects, coordinating project reviews, and ensuring effective implementation of all project elements.

Requirements

• Support Agile project delivery by helping balance team performance with tight deadlines.
• Develop specifications for required project equipment.
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and performance requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members.
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their objectives.
