Agile Coach

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support a large federal agency's Agile transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile concepts, DevSecOps tools, and experience in coaching and guiding teams in Agile adoption.

Requirements

• Familiar with DevSecOps tools and techniques
• 5 years of practical Agile experience
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts with an emphasis on SAFe
• Experience as a hands-on organizational change agent
• Experience with launching Agile Release Trains and building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline
