Job Description
Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain current agreements while negotiating and finalizing new contracts, ensuring compliance and optimizing terms. Must have expertise in contract management, knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines, and experience in supporting Federal clients.
Requirements
- Ensure overall contract compliance
- Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities
- Independently review complex contract actions
- Work with internal teams to tackle contract administration challenges
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for contracts
- Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration
- Accurately and promptly enter contract data into systems
- Perform other job-related duties
