Job Description
Customer Service Representative to support a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency, working remotely from Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will be motivated, highly skilled, and creative, with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal)
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation
