Customer Service Representative position at Contact Government Services (CGS) supporting a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency.
Requirements
- Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish (both written and verbal)
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, dependability and time management skills
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
- Call Center (omnichannel) background a plus
