We are seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join our fast-paced team to assist with legal accounts. As an eDiscovery Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of our company's portfolio.
Requirements
- Discovery Program contractor staff management support
- Administrative logistical support for the contract
- Daily time entry recording
- Coordination of administrative activities associated with new contract staff
- Mentorship and assistance to new team members
- Performance and personnel issue resolution
- Client expectation management and deliverables
- Process improvement initiatives
- Communication and planning with internal and external stakeholders
- Technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise
- Teleconferences or meetings to review and support program objectives
- Management of the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks
- Development and tracking of clerical and IT project schedules
- Providing information sought by clients to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications
- System maintenance and monitoring
- Technical assessments and reporting
- Overseeing and monitoring Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes
- System administration of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Windows server
- Discovery's IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network architecture
- Compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Work with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
- Operational coverage for critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements
- Formulation and enforcement of work standards
- Assignment of contractor schedules
- Presentation and communication of instructions and reports to non-technical audiences
- Cost and staffing estimates
- Planning, organizing, directing, and supporting all activities identified in the contract
- Conformance with RFQ schedules and costs
- Monitoring employee performance and productivity
- Development and implementation of training programs and remedial actions
- Review of work discrepancies
- Preparation, review, and submission of required reports
- Communication of policies, purpose, and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Overall RFQ performance and quality assurance
- Timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel, and ODCs
- Ensuring that program/project schedule, performance, and deliverables are met
- Maintaining a qualified and certified Contractor work force
- Providing direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of Contractor personnel
- Developing and implementing training programs and remedial actions
- Assisting in all project management task performance
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting required reports
- Resolving problems, issues, or conflicts
- Prioritizing tasks and assignments to Contractor work force
