CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. As an eDiscovery Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio.
Requirements
- Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support
- Oversee all administrative logistical support for the contract
- Manage client expectations and deliverables
- Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise
- Participate in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
- Develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist with providing information sought by client that are relevant to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications
- Oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
- Review and report technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project
- Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes
- Oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022
- Oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure
- Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories
- Oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architecture
- Comply with contract terms and conditions; work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
- Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by OGC Leadership
- Formulate and enforce work standards; assign contractor schedules
- Present and communicate instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiences
- Work collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
- Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of future
- Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in the contract
- Ensure conformance with RFQ schedules and costs
- Monitor employee performance and productivity
- Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary
- Review work discrepancies
- Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Be responsible for the overall RFQ performance and quality assurance
- Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if any
- Ensure that program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are met
- Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor work force to meet the Government’s needs under this RFQ
- Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the Contractor personnel consistent with priorities and assignments by the OGC program
- Assist in all project management task performance
- Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Resolve problems, issues or conflicts, as required
- Prioritize tasks and assignments to Contractor work force based on Government’s direction and best practices
