Law Clerk I position to support the legal mission of a large federal agency, providing litigation support tasks such as cite checking, document review, legal research, and more.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
- Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems
- Thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw
- Extensive experience with cite checking and blue book
- Experience performing complex legal research
