Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for internal and external audiences for a government client. The ideal candidate will have experience developing training for clients, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams.
Requirements
- Design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials
- Manage and guide the training team
- Coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead
- Communicate updates to VCF leadership
- Manage multiple concurrent training workstreams
- Ensure quality, on-time deliverables
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be a United States citizen
