Support Engineer

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical solutions to our customers and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role is based in Den Haag, Netherlands and requires a STEM graduate with a passion for technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a STEM or Computer Science-related subject
• Fluent / native Dutch and English
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience in communicating technical information to a range of audiences
• Previous experience in delivering customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
