As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Contentful, you will play a key role in building and delivering programs that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles
- Understanding of key Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement
- Training delivery experience or an aptitude to deliver in-person/virtual training to Field teams
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and drive complex initiatives to completion
- Comfort operating autonomously, with experience collaborating across remote and in-office environments
- Effective communicator and facilitator, skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse GTM audiences
- Experience with global stakeholder management, including Field leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools
