The Field Enablement Program Manager will play a key role in building and delivering programs that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience and Partner Manager teams. The goal is to drive field readiness through structured, impactful enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge, refining skills, and supporting strong leadership across both pre- and post-sales activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles
- Understanding of key Sales roles, GTM processes, and measurement to effectively partner with Sales leadership on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth
- Training delivery experience or an aptitude to deliver in-person/virtual training to Field teams in an engaging and enthusiastic manner
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and drive complex initiatives to completion
- Effective communicator and facilitator, skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse GTM audiences
- Experience with global stakeholder management, including Field leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, LMS systems, and content management tools
