Professional Services Consultant

Contentsquare is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to deliver best-in-class enablement and advisory services to its pro and enterprise tier customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving platform adoption and deep product knowledge through high-quality instructor-led training and strategic guidance. The role involves working closely with customers throughout their journey, from onboarding through to ongoing success, and requires strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in training consultancy, professional services, or client-facing consulting
• Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills
• Ability to rapidly learn and effectively train others in analytics technology
• Experience consulting and providing recommendations to clients
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Proactive work ethic, strong follow-through, and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, team-based environment
