Senior Engineering Manager

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a frontend-focused engineering team building products that help companies understand how their users experience and navigate their digital surfaces.

Requirements

• Lead, grow, and retain a team of frontend engineers, setting a high bar for technical quality and engineering craft
• Drive key technical decisions — from frontend architecture to cross-team dependencies — and roll up your sleeves when it matters
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape roadmaps, scope work, and deliver with confidence
• Establish and improve engineering processes that keep the team moving fast without accumulating unmanageable tech debt
• Collaborate effectively with engineering peers and stakeholders across EU and US timezones
• Hire and develop talent, building a team culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Represent your teams clearly upward and across the organization, surfacing risks and opportunities early
