Vice President, Supply Chain

The Vice President, Supply Chain is a strategic executive leader responsible for building a high-performing, technology-enabled supply chain that drives service, resilience, cost efficiency, and business growth. The role involves leading end-to-end supply chain strategy across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance, while advancing a modern operating model grounded in data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled decision making.

Requirements

• Develop and execute an enterprise supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, operational priorities, and long-term growth.
• Lead the transformation of the supply chain into a more data-driven, digitally enabled, and AI-informed function.
• Build a supply chain operating environment supported by high-quality data, standardized metrics, and near real-time dashboards.
• Own supply chain KPIs, including service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, cost savings, on-time delivery, supplier performance, and working capital efficiency.
• Use data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain.
