Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the Springs at Lakeville residential apartment community in Lakeville, MN. This position offers a competitive compensation package and additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentives.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of residential community management experience required
- Experience leading, developing, and managing teams
- Experience creating and managing budgets/increasing a community's NOI
